This is how Eco Mining Data handles personal data. It is a short summary; the full text follows. Questions or requests can go by email.
- What we keep: for an account, your email address, name, organisation and chosen region. For security we keep a sign-in and session log.
- What is not needed: the public map, search and dossiers work without an account. Sensitive fields are only visible to signed-in or verified users.
- Consent: we send alerts by email or WhatsApp only with your consent, and you can withdraw it any time under Account, Notifications.
- Your rights: access, correction and deletion under the Indonesian personal data protection law (UU PDP). Email us and we will respond.
- Sharing: data goes only to parties that keep the service running (hosting, email), and only what they need for it.
